CONTENT
Unresolved hurt and disappointment accumulates in our mind/heart preventing us from inner peace and daily enjoyment of life. In this Nonviolent Communication workshop we will learn:

• Strategies to connect with and release feelings
• Practice in identifying and fulfilling unmet needs
• Abiding in the energy of needs to promote serenity and dissipate fear
• Meditation, nature, and other practices to promote healing

INSTRUCTOR
Myra Walden, certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Assisted by Polly Cumby, advanced student.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION REQUESTED
$70 per person; $60 for two registrants; $50 for three or more registrants. Reduced fees apply to those registering at the same time by November 10, 2006. Includes lunch.
